Our Drunk’n Brow pencil offers buildable pigment, that allows you to create defined natural looking brow hair strokes.
Developed to allow each artist to create brows so they appear thick, natural, and polished, each pencils glide on smoothly and offer buildable pigments controlled by pressure.
Ingredients:
Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol (not corn derived), Elderberry, and/or Oxides and Mica
Want a Voodoo-Pro Tip? Use short soft strokes to fill in sparse spots and even out color, and blend into natural hairs with a spoolie.
