Because Voodoo Makeup’s Bougie Rougie Blush is highly pigmented we recommend dusting the excess powder from your applicator brush, and starting with a very thin application, building more color as needed. We recommend sweeping the brush in circles starting at the top of your cheekbone by your ear and continue lightly swirling until you get to the center of the cheek. Make sure to tap the brush to release excess blush powder, the blush makeup applicator should look like it does not have any powder before you apply.
